Perspectives of Maternity after Breast Cancer

The age of pregnancy is rising worldwide while breast cancer is seen more frequently in young ages. These have resulted in an increasing number of breast cancer patients who have not still completed their childbearing plans. The question of pregnancy has always been alarming for the patients and their doctors because of hormonal increases during the process, and breast cancer survivors are still being advised against pregnancy by their treating physician. Studies have investigated the subject from years ago; almost no one has shown any negative impact of pregnancy on the disease prognosis, and even survival benefits have been shown.
