Müllerian duct cyst is an uncommon congenital anomaly. It is a
rudiment of a Mullerian duct in the fetal period which may
cause dysuria, urinary obstruction and infertility. It is usually
small and asymptomatic. In symptomatic cases, transurethral
incision and resection is a standard procedure. We report the
case of an 18 year old male with Mullerian duct cyst that
presented with dysuria, we performed a Trans rectal
Ultrasound (TRUS) guided transperineal aspiration of the cyst.
Symptoms of the patients improved very well after this
procedure.
