Two patients from a single institution presented for bilateral lesions of the caruncle. The first patient was a 12-year-old boy with bilateral caruncular lesions that had been present since birth and slowly growing. The second patient was a healthy 29-year-old woman with similar bilateral lesions. The lesions were excised in both patients, and histopathologic evaluation showed the lesions to be consistent with dermoid cysts. This case series is notable for the bilateral nature and caruncular origin of dermoid cysts in both patients
